Rural Property NSW is an independent Stock and Station Agency that specialises in selling and buying rural real estate, trading water assets and conducting clearing sales. 

We are a family owned business and pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge of the marketplace while maintaining traditional values of honesty, integrity, customer focus and providing a quality service. We live and operate within a rural community and we understand agriculture.

From our base in Narrabri, we operate mainly in north-west and central-west NSW although we have been involved in rural property transactions throughout the state.

Led by nationally recognised agent, Michael Guest, our state wide network is backed by more than 30 years of experience in rural property sales. We have extensive marketing connections via our active membership of the Australian Livestock and Property Agents Assoc (ALPA) and the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW). 

In addition to our core services, we leverage our experience and network to provide a farm management consultancy service that includes everything from succession and business planning through to project marketing.
