Lease EOI Form

All Expressions of Interest (EOIs) must be submitted on this form by the closing time/date to be valid. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your form. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Libby Guest on 0499651122.

All EOIs will be submitted to the property owner for consideration. The highest value EOI will not necessarily win the lease.

A formal lease will be presented to the successful applicant. The applicant will be required to provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance. 

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their EOI.

The name of the legal entity for the lease.
The address of the legal entity for the lease.
Name of the individual we should contact in relation to the EOI.
The mobile phone number for the contact person.
Name of the solicitor firm you will be using.
The name of the solicitor you will be using.
The phone number of the solicitor you will be using.
The amount to be paid per year for the lease (exclusive of GST).
